Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. The program is available as a monthly membership. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.

Getting in and getting it done - that’s the key to making real change! I know personally how difficult it is to keep a healthy routine consistent. That’s why I create all my plans to be effective and efficient, helping to make the most out of time.
MAKING A PLAN
When we don’t make a plan, we’re just planning to fail. Think about a road trip... if there’s not a plan set forth, there’s a strong chance you’ll get lost! I work with my clients to create and develop a unique plan to help them reach their goals and end the insecurity that comparison creates in our minds!
MOTIVATION
Change is hard. Getting into the gym is hard. Having a nutrition plan to stick to is hard. I believe that as a trainer, my first job is to cheer on the wins and support the hard times for each client. My goal is to uplift everyone so they can discover the best version of themselves.
Training for me is a way of life. I support this with discipline to my craft and following a wholesome nutrition plan that I can adhere to.
